Gov Abiodun Wants Ogun Assembly To Confirm Former Speaker, Adekunbi, Chief Judge, Others As Statutory Boards' Members

 Governor Dapo Abiodun has forwarded list of nominees for some statutory commissions to the Ogun State House of Assembly for screening and confirmation

Speaker of the house, Right Honourable.Oludaisi Elemide during plenary on Tuesday in Abeokuta,  announced the name to include those of

the State House of Assembly Service Commission which has former speaker of the house, Right Honourable. Suraj Ishola Adekunbi, as Chairman, while Samuel Ibidapo Odukoya, Alhaji Fasiu Ajadi and Hon. Folakemi J. Akintayo as members.

Also, the State Judicial Service Commission has Hon. Justice M. A. Dipeolu as Chairman, Hon. Justice Femi-Segun A. Olusola, Adeyemi Ademuyiwa, Dr. Saheed Oyede and Adesola Ayoola- Elegbeji, as members

For the Local Government Service Commission Olubukunola Olivia Onabanjo is the Chairman, while Hon. Lukman Olufemi Adiro, Martins Adekoyejo Ijaduoye, Olatunde Azeez Abiodun Osunbiyi and Olatunde Rasaki Rufai will serve as members.

For the State Teaching Service Commission, Apostle Abiodun Sanyaolu would serve as Chairman, while Olanrewaju Majekodunmi, Deola Akintonde, Hon. Adeleke Salmon ( Sonto), Hon. ( Mrs.) Atinuke Bello and Hon. Kemi Oduwole as members.

The Speaker therefore enjoined all the nominees to submit their detailed curriculum vitae and other relevant credentials to the Office of the Clerk/ Head of Legislative Service at the Assembly Complex, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta before close of work on Thursday, 27th March, 2025.
