United Nations Development Programme has expressed its readiness to partner with Lagos State University Ojo on innovation and in the area of entrepreneurship ideas
The Head UNDP (Lagos office), Mr Williams Tsuma stated this while leading a two-man team of the UN donor agency on a courtesy visit to the management of university led by its Vice-Chancellor, Prof.Ibiyemi Ibilola Olatunji-Bello inside
the 6th Floor of the Babatunde Raji Fashola Senate Building
The purpose of the visit according to Tsuma, is set to institutionalise partnership with the University for such innovation and in the area of entrepreneurship.
The Vice-Chancellor, in her response, expressed her gratitude and welcomed the partnership.
"Our world-class students are always eager and ready to learn, and staff that are equally supportive”, she stated
The courtsey visit had in attendance members of the university management, Director DICT, Prof. Toyin Enikuomehun, Deputy Registrar, Legal, Mrs Olajumoke Boyejo, Deputy Registrar, Vice-Chancellor's Office, Dr Lateef Shekoni, Deputy Registrar/Special Assistant to the Vice-Chancellor, Dr Lateef Salami and other members of the Vice-Chancellor’s office.
The Registrar, who was ably represented by the Deputy Registrar, Academic Staff Establishment - Mr Samuel Otesanya - gave the vote of thanks.
