In 2014, Ogun State Television through the foresight of the management led by the General Manager, Alhaji Ayinde Soaga saw the potential and leadership status, the gateway station could attain in pioneering public relations programing in its stable, thus adding professionalism and value to the State as yet again, the first in Africa to introduce PR in Television programming.
Just like yesterday, that seed has grown in leaps and bounds and has contributed to the advancement of PR education, research and practice.
Ogun State needs to celebrate the foresight and visionary step taken to score another milestone at the 10th Anniversary event coming up on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at Park Inn by Radisson Hotel, Kuto, Abeokuta.
We look forward to having, His Excellency, The Governor of Ogun State Prince Dapo Abiodun to graciously add colour to the occasion with his dignified presence and celebrate with one of his outfits-OGTV on this auspicious occasion.
The 10th Anniversary of YOUR IMAGE PR TV programme has attracted eminent PR experts, industry and community opinion leaders including youths, and has given a voice to women and other less privileged in the society.
