LASU Clinches Gold In Basketball, Volleyball, FUOYE Wins Bronze In Football As 11th All Africa University Games Ends On Sunday

Host, Lagos State University on Saturday narrowly lost to compatriots Federal University Oye who clinched the consolatory bronze in the male football event of the 11th Africa University Games ending this Sunday

LASU had lost in the semi-final on Friday to the University of Lagos 1-4 in a penalty shootout while Federal University of Oye narrowly lost to University of Development Studies , Ghana 

But LASU won gold in both female basketball and volleyball events after defeating co-host, University of Lagos by three sets to one 

The closing ceremony of the games hold this Sunday on the Ojo main campus of the Lagos State University
