VC Sues For Peace,Progress, Development On Campus As FUNAAB Begins Activities For 30th Convocation






Vice Chancellor of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), Prof. Olusola Babatunde  Kehinde has called on members of the University Community to continue to do things that would bring peace, justice and progress to the University, in order for the institution to attain greater heights 

Prof.Kehinde made the call during a Special Jumat Service  marking the 30th Convocation Ceremonies of FUNAAB, held at the University Mosque on its main campus in Alabata 

The Jumat Service precedes inter-denominational Church Service holding this Sunday, August 6, 2023 at the University's Chapel of Grace by 9.30 a.m.


He admonished  members  of the University Community  to put in their best in service delivery,  urging them  not to allow their morales to be dampened by the prevailing social and economic challenges
confronting Nigeria as a country

Prof.Kehinde reiterated Management's commitment transparency, fairness and justice to all without fear or favour.

He further assured that his Administration won't relent in running an all inclusive system  where everybody opinion matters.


He charged members of the University Community to continue to work harmoniously for the progress and development of the University.

Meanwhile, the Chief Imam of FUNAAB Muslim Community, Prof. Idris Ayinde in  his Sermon extended the felicitation of the Community to  the University Management on the Convocation Ceremonies and congratulated the graduands in particular, saying Allah has spared them to witness the 30th convocation ceremonies.



He prayed for continuous peace and progress in the University, stressing that having started on a good note, May Allah guide  Management to success such that at the end  Principal Officers and other leaders will have   reasons to thank Allah.
