Ogun State High Court is to commence its 2023 annual vacation which begins on Monday, July 17 and end on Friday, August 25.
Chief Judge of the State, Hon. Justice (Dr.) Mosunmola Dipeolu. who made this known in a statement, said that the Court would resume on Monday, August 28, 2023
The Chief Judge's leave ends on Friday, September 8, 2023.
She added that during the vacation, Criminal Cases and other urgent Civil Motions would be heard, but only with the leave of a Judge on the application of both parties to the suit or their Counsel.
It stated that the Legal Year Services (Christian and Muslim) for 2023/2024 would hold on Monday, September 18, 2023.
