*Major achievements*

*Eight victories in a row*

We set a record in terms of unbeaten runs. We won eight matches in a row, a feat which has never been recorded in the history of the Nigerian league

*All matches away from home*

We had a very superlative first round outing despite not playing on our traditional hhome ground, the Lekan Salami Stadium which is being remodelled to  international standard by the Seyi Makinde led administration.

In spite of playing on an adopted home ground, the Dipo Dina Stadium, Ijebu-Ode, we never dropped any point, winning all our six matches against Rovers, Go Round, Osun United, Dynamite, FC Nilayo and Vandrezzer FC.

*Best attack, best defence*

We were the best in terms of goalscoring and in terms of defending in the first round.

While we were clinical upfront, scoring 21 goals, we were very stingy at the rear as we only retrieved the ball from inside our net three times
