Management of the Ogun State Government owned Gateway ICT Polytechnic Sapaade in Remo North Local Government Area has asked its students to go on Mid-semester break, following the insecurity challenges in the polytechnic community and Nigeria
Registrar of the Institution, Mr.J.O Popoola who issued the directive in a statement, ordered the students to leave the campus immediately with effect from Wednesday 28th April 2021 till when the security situation on campus is curtail.
"All students in the polytechnic community are to leave their residence for now and go back home"the statement stated.
The ongoing examination according to the statement, has been suspended,to be continued when the safety of students is guaranteed.
